It is evident that we have a problem with the Request Pages on our web site. It is all tied into our web site and cannot be fixed quickly. Please do not call Tom Kisner as he is not in his office much of the time. Therefore, I am asking that from this point forward, until you are notified by us, you will use the following procedure to make Requests.
The Requests Pages located on P:\Common\Request Pages, work just like they should, just follow the directions. If you are outside the building or trying to send requests via our web site, DON’T. Follow the procedure below.
Address an email to kisnert@tmp-m.org
In the subject line type specifically what the request is for, i.e.:
Facility Request
Transportation Request
Maintenance Request
In the message section give very exact and specific information about who you are, your address, your phone number, your email address, what you want, when you want it, what parts of the building will be used, and so on. I cannot emphasize enough that you must provide the ultimate in detail.
Here are some examples of :
BUILDING AREAS: Kitchen, Dinning Room, Auditorium, Classrooms (Room numbers), Gym, Music Room, Canteen, Weight Room, Batting Cage, Baseball Fields, Football Field, Soccer Field, Victory Gate Park, Other (be specific)
TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES: Administrative Car, Bus-Yellow, Bus-All American Tours, Maintenance Pick-up, Suburban
For Transportation requests you must also include: How many vehicles you need, the number of students going with you and the number of adults going with you.Be sure you include: When you are going to start, when you will be done and include anything else I haven’t thought of.
