ACE Auction

36th Annual ACE Auction 2010

      ACE 2010 was a huge success this year raising a new record amount of $258,000.00 in total net proceeds!  (Yes, that is over a quarter of a million dollars!)  Oral auction item #60 (pledges towards a new school bus to be used by both TMP-Marian and Holy Family Elementary School) contributed over $40,000.00 of this amount.  (If you would still like to make a pledge towards the new school bus, you can contact the Alumni Office.)  What an amazing demonstration of love and support for our school!

      Please accept our heartfelt thanks to all the alumni, friends, businesses and individual donors, advertisers, TMP-Marian faculty, staff and students along with all the numerous volunteers that helped to achieve this incredible goal.  The Alumni Office could not plan and organize this fundraiser without the assistance of all of you!

      Winners of the two $500.00 Friday night game raffle prizes at the Preview Party were Betty Baker and Becky Diehl.

37th Annual ACE Auction 2011    

      Make plans for next year to attend the 37th annual Auction for Christian Education which will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

 

      If you wish to make a donation for ACE Auction, there are several ways to help out.  We accept cash donations and/or any new items and gift certificates to be used for the silent and oral auction.  Oral auction items must value $250.00 or more.  You may purchase an ad for the ACE catalog and they are available in business card size for $25.00, half page ad (4.25” x 3.5”) for $50.00 and full page ad (4.25” x 7.5”) for $100.00.  Please mail us the ad you wish to use in hard copy form or e-mail in .jpeg form to alumni@tmp-m.org.  Donation deadline to be included in the ACE catalog is 3-1-2011.  We are always looking for volunteers to help us solicit for gifts, set up the auction the week of April 25-29, or work the night of the auction in various jobs.  Please call us at 785-625-9434 for further information.

 

      Raffle prize tickets will again be available to purchase! 

 

     Those who contribute a gift or cash, purchase an auction ticket or purchase advertising space in the catalog are invited to attend the preview party on Friday, April 29, 2011 in the Al Billinger Fieldhouse from 8:00-10:00 p.m. 

 

      ACE Auction will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 in the Al Billinger Fieldhouse from 4:30 p.m. until the auction has concluded.  Ticket prices are $50.00 per person for regular seating, $100.00 per person for VIP seating and $500.00 per couple for Auctioneer's Table seating.  Space is limited, so please make your reservations early.
