Living Rosary Brings Monarchs Together
On Wednesday, students, parents, faculty and staff ended the school day in unity, praying a living rosary in the gym.
Fr. Brian McCaffrey shared about his experiences with the rosary as a child and how he only began to understand the power of this prayer in his early adulthood. Fr. Brian likened the rosary to giving a rose to Our Lady with each Hail Mary and that she takes this beautiful bouquet of prayers to her Son.
Another analogy that Fr. Brian shared was that the rosary is also a spiritual weapon against the evil one because each prayer strikes against the devil's designs. So whether you relate more to the rosary being a bouquet of roses or a weapon for defense against evil, just remember its power in our lives and for the good of the world.
Here is an article from the National Catholic Register that illustrates the amazing power of the rosary and prayer.
